Terms of Use
Last updated: September 30, 2026
These terms apply to the Drain It game (the "App") made by Umar Rashid Choudhry ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
Using the App
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own entertainment on devices you own or control, as allowed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the "Usage Rules"). Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, or use it in any unlawful way.
Coins, boosters and rewards
Coins, boosters, stars and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and aren't property you own. We may change game balance, levels and rewards at any time. Your progress is stored only on your device; if you delete the App or your device's data, it's gone and we can't restore it.
Ads
The App is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob, including optional videos you can watch for rewards. Rewards are only given when the ad provider confirms the video was completed, and videos may not always be available. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use data.
Photos and content
The photos revealed in the App come from Pexels and are credited in the App. All other artwork, sounds and code belong to us or our licensors.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continuing to play means you accept the update.
